This is a project in which we have been involved in the Interior Design, Decoration and Special Lighting Fixtures Fabrication.
It was a new construction on a 3/4 of an acre lot in one of the most high-end communities in Summerlin, Las Vegas called, The Ridges.
5000 Sft, 2 story, 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, swimming pool, 3 car garage, elevator and a very impressive view to the Las Vegas Strip

Hired by our client in Palm Beach Florida, we traveled to serve him in the remodel of 2 of his properties.
The project consisted in the Interior Design and Decoration upgrade of the properties to create spaces his family could enjoy.
We worked as Owner's Representative covering the project from the beginning until the end.
This process saved money, time and problems to deal with on behalf of our client.
We intended to take the frustration out of the equation and make it an enjoyable process.
